Description
Photograph of the exterior of the Government Palace, Mexico City, Mexico, ca.1905-1910. This long three-story building is fronted by a row of small trees punctuated with street lights along the street. Two horse-drawn carriages are visible in the street. There are a few pedestrians visible on the sidewalk. An iron balustrade goes around all of the windows and doors on the top floor facing the street. A winged statue holding a wreath or ring is sitting on the apex of the short edifice on the roof over the main entry.
