Description
Photograph of a view of the San Fernando Mission church, shown from the south side of the patio, ca.1900. An eroded and crumbled adobe wall has degraded into two humps in the foreground, framing a horse-drawn carriage at center. Beyond this, a long, flat-roofed adobe can be seen, with five windows spaced at regular intervals along its broad side. To the left, a line of similarly dilapidated adobe buildings can be seen, making a line towards the adobe in the background. Hills can be seen along the horizon.
