Description
Photograph of the exterior of the Goldfield Reduction Company buildings in Goldfield, Nevada, ca.1900. There are three large wooden buildings at the center of the image. The one on the left is a long, conventional two-story building with windows on the second story. The building to the right is built on a hill and has a sharply-slanted roof and windows on several different levels. The building on the extreme right of this complex is very tall with a traditional peaked roof and a large wooden tower. To the right of these buildings is a railroad track, on which a steam locomotive is pulling a train. There are mountains in the distance and low brush in the foreground.
