Description
Cut it out, Northridge, 1997. California State Universitty, Northridge, Nordhoff Street between Etiwanda and Zelzah avenues, Northridge. The designer won a contest sponsored by the University. A permanent site at the University is being selected. Acrylic, approximately 6' x 30', designed by Monroe High School student Delia Gonzalez and painted with art teacher Michelle Obregon and several students.
