Description
Frightening depiction of death as a skeleton, untitled, El Sereno, Los Angeles, 1988, Mazatlan Theater, exterior back alley, Eastern Avenue (just south of Huntington Drive), El Sereno. Frightening depiction of death as a skeleton warning against drugs. Unfinished because the artist became frustrated by continuing graffiti defacement. In 1992 the artist added a Batman nearby -- for his 2-year old son. By Peter Quezada. Self-sponsored. -- Dunitz, Street gallery, p. 118, #20.
