Description

Cathedral of St. Vibiana, Untitled, Los Angeles, 1975. Cathedral of St. Vibiana, interior and exterior, 114 East 2nd St. (between Main and Los Angeles Streets). Inside the cathedral, on the wall behind the altar, is an abstract painted mural of the heavens. In the side garden, the artist did a tile mural. The top half is Our Lady Queen of Angels. Below her is old Los Angeles. By Igor de Konsky. -- Dunitz, Street gallery, p. 36, #36. On slide mount: Downtown L.A.
