Panel 3 of 3 of The three laws (Las tres leyes), Panorama City, 1995. 14651 Blythe Street (near Van Nuys Boulevard), Panorama City. A triptych: the law of the street, the law of the land, and the Divine Law. The artists interacted with ex-gangsters, now born-again Christians, who provided feedback. Acrylic, 3 panels, approximately 8' x 12' each, by Roberto Rubalcava and Ernesto de la Loza with local youth.
