Description
Aztec Red mural, East Los Angeles, 1972. 4982 Whittier Boulevard (on the walls of the East Los Angeles Unemployment Office). Designed and executed by Charles Felix and Associates, in cooperation with the Goez Art Gallery of East Los Angeles. The mural is one in a series of 24 that comprise the Street Mural Project sponsored by the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation, Cultural Arts Section in 1972." -- Environmental Communications, Street paintings of Los Angeles, unpaged, #50.
