The rights of a child, 1999. Location unknown. By Rebekka Menchaca? Mural pained on an exterior wall depicts a woman and baby wrapped like a cocoon. "The rights of a child. Every child has the right to free health care. Every child has the right to food and water. Every child has the right to a safe home. Every child has the right to learn and to school. Every child has the right to speak and think. Every child has the right to be protected from abuse and neglect. Every child nees a place to play. Every child needs peace. A future. Los derechos de los niños. Cada niño debetener medico gratis. Cada niño debetener comida y agua. Cada niño debetener un hogar seguro. Cada niño debe aprender y ir a la escuela.
