Description
Photograph of a view of Balboa Beach in Corona Del Mar, showing beached sailboat, 1924. A large swath of of smooth beach is apparently empty in the foreground, while shallow, still water can be seen it its left. This water continues past a hill and rocks to the second beach where a group of mariners can be seen tinkering with a small sailboat. Still farther back, along the horizon, more visitors can be seen beneath the drapes of a tent.
