Roberto Delgado's mural on the exterior of Aliso-Pico Apartments, Gless Street near 4th Street, Los Angeles, 1989. Facing the playground, the semi-abstract design combines Aztec symbolism and photo-imagery. A significant lower portion has been painted out because of graffiti. Acrylic, 15' x 15' (originally), by Roberto Delgado, assisted by Tomas Cisneros, Alex Luevano, Orlando Martinez, Mario Mijarez. Sponsored by Social and Public Art Resource Center. -- Dunitz, Street gallery, rev. 2nd ed., p. 308, #59.
