One panel (facing the parking lot) shows soldiers from each branch of the U,S, military standing in front of an American flag. The other panel (facing the street) is a history of Los Angeles from mission days to the present. In acrylic on stucco, 2 panels, 40' x 13' and 25" x 13 by Daniel Martinez and crew. Sponsored by American Legion -- Dunitz, Street gallery, rev. 2nd ed., p. 300, #23. According to the Google maps street view image, both murals do not exist anymore (as of November 11, 2011).
