Description
Photograph of an exterior view of Crocker Mansion on Nob Hill, showing earthquake damage, San Francisco, 1906. A brick road lies in the foreground with the large mansion behind it at center. The mansion is bordered on all sides by a sidewalk which is contained by a metal fence with thick, stone poles. A staircase leads from the sidewalk to the arched entrance which is damaged from the earthquake. The walls behind the entrance have crumbled to the ground.
