Its exterior walls are made of timber. The automobile is parked directly to its left. An additional house is noticeable in the right background. Vegetation covers all of the ground area.; An inserted paper label reads: "4.9 house. In planning this house, the needs of the largest family were considered, even to making the kitchen larger than typical. Although containing three large bed rooms, a fourth, with extra bath, are possible additions."

Title California Historical Society Collection, 1860-1960

Description The California Historical Society Collection is incomparable for the documentary picture it provides of the growth of Southern California, particularly the development of the Los Angeles region, between 1860 and 1960. The collection contains more than 25,000 photographs. The full archive was placed on long-term deposit at USC in 1990 and includes the Title Insurance and Trust Company Collection, also known as TICOR, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Collection.
