Description

Idyllic scene of the Venice Canals, circa 1908, Venice, 1973. Unititled. "An idyllic scene of the Venice Canals, circa 1908, enhances the south wall of Joey Baker Reality [sic]. Initiated by Norman Baker, the painting represents his attempt to create something that would help the image of Venice. The mural was painted in 1973 by Dennis Kugizaki, a graduate student in art at California State University, Long Beach." -- Environmental Communications, Street paintings of Los Angeles, unpaged, #37.
