Description
Photograph of a group portrait of students and their teachers in front of University School, 1894. The large group of people, predominantly children, can be seen in the foreground aligned in rows. Within the group, three students are each holding what appears to be a large book. A stairway is observable in the left, while male students (and teachers?) are standing on it; the stairs lead up to a doorway of a partially visible house, which serves as the background.
