Description
Photograph of the four-story Elks temple, in Spokane, Washington State, [s.d.]. A tall building bearing the letters "B.P.O.E." atop it stands behind the sidewalk, with the word ELKS embedded above its doorway. A man stands at the steps of the structure, between two tall street lamps, and appears to turn left on the street. At right, the side of the building is visible, with a bicycle leaning against its brick side with trash cans and other objects.
