Description
Photograph of a distant view of Rancho Estrella adobe, San Luis Obispo County, August, 1938. Two men stand beneath a large tree at center while the fenced structures stand behind them. A bare field lies in the foreground while more large trees stand in the left background. This was the rancho of San Miguel Mission. "Rancho Estrella was a rancho of San Miguel Mission and later a Mexican grant. Hillman Bros. have a palatial ranch home here but have preserved the old Spanish ranch adobe and rebuilt it into a modern home...".
