Description
Photograph of Sunset club members at the foot of a hill, [s.d.]. A few dozen men are visible at what appears to be a camp. What appear to be paper lanterns can be seen hanging above the men on a string, while the men can be seen seated, standing, holding a large vat, or poking a sleeping man with a stick. Wooden barrels can be seen at left with a large tarp affixed above them. A hill can be seen directly behind the camp, while mountains are visible in the right background.

The photographic collection contains images showing the growth of important municipal enterprises, such as ground transportation systems, aviation, and shipping. In addition there are about 1,000 lantern slides in this collection -- not yet fully digitized.
