Description
Photograph of the painting "Grovanille" by Lenoir, depicting a woman plucking petals off a flower, [s.d.]. The woman, whose prim blouse and pinned-back hair make her seem slightly severe, closes her lids deeply and plucks at a daisy she has between her two hands. She is shown in bust and profile. The mottled background suggests tiny leaves.
