Description
Photograph of Second Street Park (later Echo Park) viewed from the lake, near the corner of First Street and Glendale Boulevard (Lake Shore), ca.1890. Four or five swans swim in the water. A post and rail fence runs along the shore. Stairs lead up a low incline to a gazebo or bandstand. Tall willowy trees obscure the few buildings in the background.
