Description
Photograph of a panoramic view of Santa Barbara from a hill overlooking the town and the bay. A train has just crossed an intersection with a major thoroughfare as it nears the central business district. Many trees and houses dot the city blocks beyond the few farms in the foreground. Part of the bay and pier are visible at right. The coastal mountains are in the background.
