Description
Photograph of a view of Rimpau Street looking north from Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, ca.1928. A streetlamp is visible to the extreme left on the sidewalk while a postal mailbox stands on the corner at center. A two-story house with singled siding stands in from the sidewalk to the left, followed further in by a house with terracotta roofing. Romanesque arches can be seen in the house across the street to the right, several other, more traditional homes extending into the distance down the street. A street sign by the mailbox reads, "[...] 100 [...] 20 [...]".
