Photograph of an old Havasupai Indian man crouching on the ground, ca.1900. His shirt and trousers have holes worn in them. He is barefoot. He wears a bandana tied about his forehead and long hair and a ring on the second finger of his left hand. His hands lay across his right knee which is raised. His left knee is on the ground. Wild grass and other plants grow behind him.
