Description
Photograph of a fallen redwood with twelve new trees growing from its trunk, ca.1925. A long, slender trunk is pictured cutting across the image from left to right, a bevy of smaller trunks springing upward from it. To the left, a man can be seen standing next to an automobile, while at right, several cabin-style buildings can be seen, suggesting a lumber camp.
