Text continues: "1. Sexually transmitted diseases are epidemic in 15-24 year-old age group. 2. Anyone 12 years of age an older can be examined/treated for STDs without permission or knowledge of parents. 3. You can have more than one sexually transmissible disease at one time and still not show any danger signs. 4. Syphilis and gonorrhea are curable, but you can be reinfected. 6. Proper use of a condom during sexual intercourse will greatly reduce your chances of contracting or spreading venereal disease. 7.
