Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Temple Building on the corner of Spring Street and Main Street, Los Angeles, ca.1884. The two-story building features eleven windows along its top row to the front, and three at its narrow side. A clock tower extends from the center of its roof and reads fifty minutes past three o'clock, approximately. A man stands leaning on a hitching post at the corner of the unpaved roads to the right, with several other standing on the Temple steps behind him. An American flag also waves from the roof.
