Description
Photograph of the exterior of the Methodist Church on the southeast corner of Lake Avenue and Colorado Avenue in Pasadena, ca.1907. There are three parts to the large church: there is a large square tower on the front left corner with two sets of double doors, a covered observation deck, and a domed roof; to the right of this is a two story circular section of the building with a covered wrap-around porch supported by cylindrical columns and arches; and to the extreme right is a mission-style building with an arched entry way and a façade that resembles a bell tower. Above the building is a network of utility lines, and in the street in front of the building is a set of streetcar tracks curving to the right.
