Description
Photograph of a birdseye view of the Santa Monica shoreline north from Castellammare Drive, ca.1932. On the steep hills at right, there are several newly constructed buildings alongside more buildings that are under construction. There is a car parked on the road in front of one of these projects. The shoreline is visible at center and the coast road winds its way along it. There is a foot bridge across the highway at left. A rock formation is visible near the water at center.
