Description
Photograph of the Bank of Italy Building on the northwest corner of Seventh Street and Olive Street, Los Angeles, 1921. A three-story Victorian-style tenement building stands on the corner, automobiles parked along either edge of the sidewalk, pedestrians and moving autos a blur. Streetcar tracks can be seen in the street, and two taller, unadorned tenement buildings can be seen in the background. A cloth canopy extends from the building over the sidewalk in front where streetlamps are positioned.
