Biscailuz as new $650,000 County Courts Building was dedicated in Pasadena yesterday. More than 200 attended ceremony during which Supervisor Roger Jessup (seated at speakers' platform) was a speaker." -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated, "January 12, 1954".
