Photograph of exterior view of Maryland Hotel in Pasadena, ca. 1925. In the foreground at center, a wide, paved road can be seen extending from left to right. Along the curb of the street, four parked automobiles are visible, and a group of four men can be seen near a lamppost at left. In the background at center, the front of the three-story hotel can be seen. Two wings flank the central hotel body, and a cloth awning extends from the front of the hotel to the sidewalk. A serires of arches are visible along the base of the builing, and tile can be seen along the roof. The left wing is mostly covered in ivy.
