Description	Photograph of an exterior view of the Title Insurance Building, located at 433 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, 1940-1949. The large, light colored building is at center. It is a rectangular building with at least thirteen stories. Two shorter wings have about four stories. A massive American flag flies from a pole on top of the building, and another American flag flies along with a California flag over the entryway. Several pedestrians are visible walking on the sidewalk in front of the building, and two cars and a truck are parked along the curb. The Guaranteed Typewriter Company and a Christian Science Reading Room are located on the first floor.
