The thirteen-story stone building has an American flag flying from the roof. Fire escapes are visible at the left. Automobiles are parked and drive on the street below. A few pedestrians are visible on the sidewalk. Street lights and utility lines and poles are in the bottom foreground. Smaller buildings are visible behind the building.
