Description	Photograph of the front of the original Palm Springs Hotel, which was owned by Dr. Welwood Murray, ca.1901. Tall bushes obscure much of the hotel's covered porch, which has a rocking chair on it. At the right side of the picture, a wall of the hotel can be seen, covered mostly by wooden paneling and with a large window in the middle of it. The roof is shingled and has tall, thin pole sticking out of it. There are three short plants with many long, slender, curving leaves on the ground in front of the hotel.
