Its walls are covered with light-colored stucco, while its roof is covered with terracotta tile. A stucco chimney can be seen protruding from the roof at right. A covered balcony runs along the entire second story of the building. In the foreground, a wooden picket fence encloses a small yard. A concrete sidewalk can be seen in front of the fence.
