Description	Photograph of an eastward looking aerial view of Victoria Park Drive and Victoria Park Place, between Pico Boulevard and 16th Street, 1918. At the center of the picture is a traffic roundabout encircling an oval shaped island with several houses on it. Three streets lead off of this roundabout, and a large straight street runs from the bottom of the picture to the top on the right side. This is a residential neighborhood, and the houses are spaced fairly far apart. The only plants aside from the well groomed lawns are trees planted on the edge of all of the streets.
