Description	Photograph of a view of the Pacific Coast Highway and surrounding ocean and hills from atop a hill, [s.d.]. Automobiles can be seen on the two-lane highway below at center. The highway borders the ocean, which can be seen at right. Three piers jut into the ocean, while people can be seen sunbathing on the beach. Uninhabited hills can be seen to the left of the highway. Most of the hills are covered with shrubs, while a portion at far left appears to be bare. The roof of what appears to be of Asian architecture can be seen in the left foreground, while various trees can be seen in the right foreground. The photograph was probably taken from Bernheimer Oriental Gardens.
