Photograph of Saint James Park [Norchester Garden?] at the corner of Adams Boulevard and Scarff Street, 1899. A number of papyrus leaves poking through a mass of Elephant Ear plant can be seen in the center of a stone-enclosed pond on the right. Smaller plants stand in the water around it. A path on the left reaches past a large tree on the left to the manicured plots of various trees in the background. Several palm trees and short flowers can be seen in the plot at center background. According to some sources, it may be a part of the Norchester Gardens.
