The large bulldozer is at center and has four men on it, one who appears to be the driver and three official-looking men in suits. On of the men is holding a sign that says "C. G. Willis & Sons". A large crowd, composed mostly of men in suits, can be seen behind a rope barrier in the background. Tall trees are visible behind the tractor, while tall buildings can be seen further in the distance.
