Three men in military dress are pictured under the overhang of a veranda, seated around a table. A man in a poncho and sombrero is pictured to the far right, behind the soldier that can be seen examining documents. More men are visible out in the open in the background, just at the bottom of a ridge of hills. The image was first published in West Ways Magazine's November 1931 issue.
