Crenshaw can be seen at center and runs from the foreground to the background. It is perpendicularly intersected in several places by other large streets. In the foreground, large open fields are visible, with the only buildings appearing at left. In the background, hundreds of small houses can be seen on large blocks separated by a grid of streets. Incorrectly appears on microfiche as 32983. Photoprint reads: "This photograph is loaned to you. Please return to: Illustrator. L.A. City Planning Dept. Rm.361 F City Hall, Los Angeles, California".
