Description	Photograph of a map of the street pattern and boundaries for Pueblo de Los Angeles and the caption that appeared with the map when published, 1959. Alameda Street, Santa Ana, Spring Street and Ord form a tapered quadrangle at center. Main Street, represented with dotted lines, runs horizontally through the image at center. The Old Plaza is in the middle of the quadrangle. Los Angeles Street, Olvera Street, and Sanchez Street are visible running horizontally in the plaza, while Arcadia Street and Macy Street run vertically on either side. A compass rose in the bottom right corner shows north is to the upper right. The caption below the map reads "Master Plan -- Ultimate street pattern and the boundaries for Pueblo de Los Angeles are portrayed in this drawing. Eleven square blocks on all sides of Old Plaza have been made 'sacred and inviolate'." At the top of the image, the words "A Sun., Nov. 8 1959 Los Angeles Times 3" are printed.; Several buildings in the plaza are labeled, including, clockwise from top, "Church of Our Lady Queen of the Angels", "Patio", "Botica Ruiz", "La Luz del Dia", "Bank of America", "Sepulveda House", "Casa La Golondrina", "Zanja Madre", "Latin American House", "Avila Adobe", "Patio", "Vineyard Company", "Richfield", "Fire Station", "Masonic Temple", "Merced Theatre", and "Pico House".
