Description	Photograph of an exterior view of the Griffith Park Observatory, showing a house in the foreground, 1910-1940. The large observatory building is high on a hill at center. It is light in color and ahs three dark domes on top, including one massive dome at center and two smaller domes on the ends. The smaller domes have cut-outs for telescopes. Several rectangular windows can be seen around the perimeter of the cylindrical base of the building. The hill on which the observatory is perched is covered with a variety of trees and bushes. The roof of a small house can be seen in the foreground at center.
