Photograph of a birdseye view of the Los Angeles Plaza and the Plaza Church looking east from Fort Moore Hill, Los Angeles, 1890. A large set of concentric circular park grass can be seen surrounding what appears to be a fountain in the centerground at right. Across the street, in the foreground, a long, multi-annexed building with a belltower in the front can be seen, possibly the Plaza Church. Trees obscure the bottom left side of the photograph. In the distance a building can be seen bearing the sign "L.A. City Water Co.".
