Description	Photograph of the Arroyo Seco channel, north from a point 600 feet south of San Pascual Avenue, April 1938. The concrete channel curves from the foreground to the background at left. THree men can be seen working in the cannel. A small amount of water is visible at the bottom of the arroyo. At right, unidentified machinery can be seen near the top of the channel. Mountains and tall trees are visible in the background. This photograph shows the type of construction that successfully withstood floods on March 3, 1938.
