Description	Photographs of Bunker Hill hotels on Grand Avenue between First and Second Streets, 1946. The Hotel Richelieu is at right and the Melrose Hotel is at center and left. The Richelieu and the center section of the Melrose are large Victorian mansions with several stories, covered porches and tall towers. The left side of the Melrose Hotel is a rectangular building with a flat roof. There is a sidewalk in front of the three large buildings, and the yards in front of them are full of a variety of plants. Several large automobiles are parked on the street in front of the hotels, and one car is speeding past the Richelieu. A large sign over the Melrose Hotel at left advertises its name.
