Description	Photograph of Rubio Pavilion (formerly Hotel Rubio), the terminal at the bottom of Mount Lowe Incline Railway in Rubio Canyon, [s.d.]. The railway bed is on a rocky embankment at right. The hotel is surrounded by dense foliage on all sides. Legible signs include: "Rubio Pavilion"; "This was the terminal at bottom of incline in Rubio Canyon. Sign reading 'Rubio Pavilion' reads 'Hotel Rubio' in earlier pictures. Upper building with dormer was the 'Pavilion'. Lower building was the dining hall." -- R.H. Peterson, 1970-07-20
