Description	Photograph of a Mount Lowe Railway car in front of the Alpine Tavern on Mount Lowe, [s.d.]. The open electric railway car is at right and is crowded with passengers. Its tracks curve around and end up in the foreground at left. The large Alpine tavern is in the background at center. It is a three-story structure with wooden upper floors and a stone lower story. There are two small balconies on the second floor. A large wooden post is in the foreground at right, and piles of construction materials are on the ground nearby. The area around the tavern is full of tall trees, and there is a rock-lined ditch at right.
