The simple, two-story building of the smithy is pictured at center, three men visible posed in its large barn-style entrance. The facade is sided with clapboard, and the words "Horseshoer & Blacksmith" can be seen underneath the shop's title at top on the front of the building. The building itself has been outlined by some after-process technique.
